Role Description

The Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day processes of the Software Support Center, including but not limited to:

  • Queue management
  • Queue call coverage
  • Responding to emails
  • Live chat
  • Troubleshooting
  • Other escalated Client issues

The Professional Services Representative / Specialist will work within a fast-paced, service-oriented, and results-driven environment. The successful candidate will:

  • Be a strong communicator who is action-oriented
  • Have experience with implementations and integrations
  • Deliver training
  • Collaborate with colleagues in all areas of the business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales, and finance
