PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This individual combines field leadership strength with the entrepreneurial mindset of a
business developer; identifying opportunities for growth, launching initiatives to increase penetration, and creating strategies that attract, retain, and develop new consultants and leaders.   
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Expansion
  • Drive focused attraction strategies that reflect JAFRA’s brand values and commercial priorities by empowering the field to leverage social media, personal branding, and digital prospecting; and by leading regional brand awareness and guest event initiatives that introduce new customers and prospective consultants to the JAFRA product experience and business opportunity.
  • Implement comprehensive regional expansion strategies that grow the consultant base, enhance retention and leadership depth, and drive customer acquisition and brand visibility across the region.
  • Develop and maintain impactful relationships with field leaders to accelerate growth, enhance engagement, and boost productivity throughout the consultant network.
  • Track key regional development metrics: growth by region, new consultant activation, retention, and leadership promotion.
Field Development
  • Coach Leaders through monthly business reviews to help them analyze performance, enhance their sales, sponsoring, and team-building skills, and translate goals into actionable growth plans.
  • Execute monthly field activation campaigns, recognition programs, and leadership calls.
  • Lead virtual and in-person field events that drive motivation, education, and duplication of best practices.
  • Execute New Leader Onboarding with a focus on sustainability and duplication.
Field Engagement
  • Model effective leadership communication, field engagement, and relationship building to establish a high-performing culture.
  • Ensure all promotional offers, campaigns, and incentives are clearly explained, aligned with the compensation plan, and easy for consultants to act on.
  • Design and deliver field presentations and digital materials that simplify complex programs and inspire participation across all levels of the field.
  • Lead and amplify recognition initiatives that celebrate field achievements and milestones, ensuring programs remain visible and impactful across the region through consistent communication, storytelling, and field testimonials that showcase their success in action.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in field development, regional management, or direct selling leadership.
  • Proven ability to grow markets through sponsoring, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to translate data into actionable field strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to attend field events, training sessions, and leadership meetings.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.          
  • Direct sales experience (preferred)                                                                                          
Education:     Bachelor’s degree preferred.  
Experience:   Minimum 5+ Years of experience.
