Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, ownership, and measurable impact.
- Experience designing for B2B or B2B2C products, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or other complex platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing for growth strategies such as onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, or monetization.
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and iterating based on feedback, data, and constraints.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with attention to usability and clarity.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Clear and effective communicator who collaborates well with Product Managers and Engineers.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and improve.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
