Role Description
This role involves owning and managing an end-to-end sales cycle in the assigned geographic territory.
- Craft strategies and advance through decision-maker hierarchies to close deals.
- Challenge assumptions and offer new perspectives to drive success.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies on best practices to close deals.
- Remote position with estimated travel of 25% to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Close Deals: Enable the sales team to meet targets by running an efficient full-stack sales process, from source to close.
- Identify & Engage: Target construction professionals to promote Dusty Robotics' technology solutions.
- Tailor & Solve: Understand customer pain points to craft tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Present & Demonstrate: Deliver presentations and conduct product demos to showcase technology value.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate & Drive to Success: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product development teams.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive growth and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, OR
- 3+ years of sales experience with a solid background in construction and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Action-oriented, with a passion for learning and making things happen.
- Experience selling a product with a physical component (e.g., hardware, real estate).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
