The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively-minded Content Specialist to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality enablement content that supports training programs across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about content creation, design, and learning, and who wants to have a direct impact on how teams learn and perform.
What You Do
- Design and develop enablement content, including training presentations, playbooks, lesson materials, and structured learning modules that support GTM training programs.
- Own and manage enablement content within platforms, ensuring content is organized, maintained, and accessible.
- Maintain and update enablement content libraries, ensuring materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
- Support development of training curricula and lesson materials in partnership with Enablement tem members.
- Create visually polished, brand-aligned enablement materials that improve the clarity and effectiveness of training programs.
- Support rollout of enablement initiatives by preparing, organizing, and publishing content for GTM teams.
- Continuously improve enablement content based on feedback from stakeholders and evolving organizational needs.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, training support, marketing, design, or related fields.
- Strong PowerPoint, video creation and visual presentation skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to create professional, visually polished content.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with content management systems, design tools, or learning platforms preferred.
- SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus, but not required.
