The Global Logistics Manager will be responsible for designing and managing a scalable logistics network that supports Blueprint’s domestic and international operations. This role will oversee freight, customs, and warehouse distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Develop innovative strategies to minimize duty taxes and fees while ensuring compliance with international tariff regulations. This role will focus on leveraging trade agreements, optimizing shipping routes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global customs requirements to streamline cross-border operations.

As the company continues to expand globally, the Global Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing logistics processes, integrating new warehouses, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. This is a high-impact position that requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and customs brokers to optimize performance and costs.
  • Design and implement scalable warehouse distribution networks, including the integration of new facilities in global markets.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, such as delivery times, freight costs, and inventory turnover, to drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade agreements.
  • Collaborate with inventory and demand planning teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain or transportation network.
  • Lead initiatives to implement new logistics technologies and software to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of logistics management experience, including international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of freight, customs, and warehouse distribution.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and global carriers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of global logistics operations, including freight, customs, and warehouse management.
  • Experience with 3PL management and contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing supply chain performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $100,000 to $160,000
