What the job looks like:

• Responsible for training, coaching and auditing a group of closers
• Management of timecards and scheduling for coverage
• Act as the go-to person for the group as well as the client
• Run monthly reports
• Provide constant feedback to the team
• Set individual and team goals
• Assist in post-closing

This is a fully remote, full-time position offering benefits (health, vision, dental, and 401k). Salary range depends on experience.

• Must demonstrate a high level of mortgage closing knowledge
• Experience leading a group
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Adaptable with a willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Encompass experience is a plus!
