Role Description
As an Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing player acquisition initiatives across our platforms.
- Execute acquisition campaigns and promotional initiatives aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Optimize the player journey from registration to first-time deposit to improve conversion rates and activation.
- Monitor onboarding flows and identify friction points or drop-offs in the acquisition funnel.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and performance of welcome offers and promotional mechanics.
- Coordinate activities between Marketing, Sales, and Call Centre teams to improve lead management and conversion.
- Track acquisition KPIs such as CPA, ROI, conversion rates, and early player retention.
- Support acquisition and engagement initiatives for the social prediction platform to drive traffic and growth.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry within acquisition or marketing roles.
- Experience working in pre-regulated or non-regulated markets.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and early player lifecycle.
- Experience managing welcome offers, bonuses, or promotional mechanics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Product teams.
Requirements
