Job Description
Role Description
This role exists to strengthen the working capital function and support the Group’s continued growth.
- Oversee core working capital processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Banking
- Ensure accuracy, control, and efficiency in financial operations
- Lead the month-end close across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management
- Maintain banking relationships and support account maintenance and mandates
- Complete regular reviews of bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently and on time
- Uphold strong financial controls by ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and reporting deadlines
- Review reconciliations, journals, and documentation for accuracy
- Drive improvements by recommending and implementing process enhancements, including automation opportunities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to a team of five
Qualifications
- Experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of working capital processes
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment

- Ability to work across different geographies and time zones
- Strong communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable adapting to change and managing multiple priorities
