Job Description

Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Supplier Enablement Product Manager to oversee and manage the supplier enablement process for virtual card solutions.

The Details:

  • Location: Remote (must be able to work across U.S. time zones)
  • Duration: Approximately a 3-month consulting role with the possibility of extension or conversion to hire (must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship)

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee and manage the supplier enablement process for virtual card solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard and integrate suppliers effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute enablement needs.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on supplier enablement, providing guidance and support.
  • Secure buy-in from the sales team and participate in client-facing calls.
  • Challenge the status quo as an industry consultant, providing insights on how the sector operates.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of enablement processes and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier enablement efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for suppliers and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier enablement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of virtual cards, and driving the advancement of virtual card adoption.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of commercial card experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, supplier enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of virtual card solutions and payment processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry.
  • Knowledge of supplier onboarding and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to virtual cards.

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $45.00 - $50.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
