• Design, implement, and manage data center infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs • Oversee operations, maintenance, and optimization of the data center infrastructure • Provide customer-centric focus and promote Hitachi services and solutions • Plan for future capacity needs to support growth and new applications • Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors, negotiating contracts • Plan and implement strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining performance • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including IT and business units • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards
