• Lead the operational and non-trading functions for Anchorage Digital Prime business. • Act as the orchestrator for non-standard, complex, or high-value trades. • Collaborate with Front Office and Middle/Back Office to implement robust, scalable operational workflows. • Oversee the integration and optimization of trading, risk, and settlement systems. • Be the senior escalation point for trade breaks and operational delays. • Ensure trading activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Lead internal New Product Committee process conducting due diligence on new trading strategies. • Manage relationships with prime brokers, custodians, and central clearing counterparties.
