Job Description

  As a Recruitment and Engagement associate with our Recruiting and Engagement group, you will be an integral part of the operations of a small, focused team dedicated to attracting and retaining highly qualified massage therapists and other wellness and medical professionals on the Zeel platform. This is a terrific opportunity to learn more about  recruiting, retention, orienting, and credentialing in a supportive, challenging, and fast-paced environment.  This position is fully remote; however, you must be located within the United States.


Primary responsibilities include, though are not limited to 


  • Communicate with therapists applying to join the Zeel network via phone, text, and email, guiding them through the application and credentialing process.
  • Connect with active therapists and coordinate with other internal teams
  • Assessment of current reach and capability of the network
  • Re-engagement of lapsed providers
  • Managing, co-leading, and scheduling general orientations 
  • Organizing internal projects 


Our ideal candidate is

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Thoughtful, empathetic, flexible, smart, and proactive, with great judgment 
  • Genuinely enjoys cooperation and coordination with teammates
  • Interested in serving US veterans and learning about community care 
  • Experienced with Salesforce, comfortable and experienced with technology (Slack, Zoom, Gmail)
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
