Job Description

• Serve as the initial technical point of contact for customer issues • Provide technical troubleshooting for advanced issues across Samsara’s platforms • Contribute to knowledge base development by documenting resolutions and mentoring junior agents • Identify trends in customer issues for product improvements • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction • Champion Samsara's cultural principles and drive innovation

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking
  • Experience: 3+ years in technical product support or specialist role
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with networking concepts, cloud-based architectures, hardware troubleshooting, and foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with proactive troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
