Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking
- Experience: 3+ years in technical product support or specialist role
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with networking concepts, cloud-based architectures, hardware troubleshooting, and foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence
- Leadership: Ability to mentor junior team members
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with proactive troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
