Job Description

• Subject matter expert in advertising measurement and attribution domain • Creates and streamlines pipeline of advanced 1st party measurement and attribution solutions from request intake to report generation • Manages and develops a team of analysts focused on both technical and client-facing work • Improves tracking and reporting of work across team by leveraging project management software (Jira) for better resource allocation, headcount justification, and performance management • Works across product management, commercialization, and engineering teams to help define, build, automate, and scale net new solutions that benefit the core business and our clients • Meets with key, strategic clients to present advanced measurement findings, gather business requirements, and support account from a SME perspective • Partners with strategy and sales leadership to identify, implement, and enable revenue generating proof of concepts • Engages with sales and account leadership to understand client objectives, and how measurement and attribution can help solve for them • Trains internal and external stakeholders on how best to utilize our measurement solutions, with a focus on actionability and optimization • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, engineering, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field
  • Strong analytical background and experience in extracting insights and operating with large data sets to identify trends and actionable takeaways
  • Expertise in SQL and Excel required
  • Digital and/ or linear video advertising experience required
  • AdTech experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Python, R, etc.)
  • Great written and verbal communicator.
  • Experience working within cloud infrastructures (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure).
