Role Description
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Freelance Meta Ads Specialist to support our Paid Media team on an hourly basis. This role is focused on execution, optimization, and performance improvement across Meta platforms.
- Support the setup, management, and optimization of campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Assist with campaign structure, audience testing, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Monitor performance daily/weekly and implement optimization actions based on data.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to iterate on ad creatives based on performance insights.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Support scaling efforts for winning campaigns.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and maintain account hygiene.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (e-commerce required).
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, etc.).
- Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
