- Speed & Accuracy: You can process high volumes quickly without sacrificing quality
- Judgment Calls: You know when something is spam vs. a real person
- Written Communication: Your messages sound human, not robotic
- Tool Navigation: You can learn StatusBrew, AI Blaze, Google Gemini, GSuite and Slack quickly
- Independent Work: Remote role means you manage your own time
- Experience with social media moderation or community management (big plus)
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or functional medicine content (big plus)
- Background in customer service or frontline support roles (big plus)
- Experience with StatusBrew, Sprout Social, or similar social management tools (big plus)
