Role Description
The Innovation and Transformation Senior Associate supports Schellman's evolution into a "tech-powered assessment firm of the future" by assisting with the execution of innovation and transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and improve business performance. This role focuses on supporting assigned projects and process improvement efforts under Director guidance, ensuring effective implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Assist in the review and analysis of assigned business procedures to identify optimization opportunities and support the implementation of improvements.
- Document current state processes and support the development of improved procedures and workflows.
- Participate in cross-functional coordination to support process optimization efforts across assigned areas.
- Support the execution of assigned innovation and transformation projects under Director direction.
- Assist with project planning, tracking, and documentation to ensure initiatives are executed timely with appropriate documentation.
- Support testing and validation of new processes and systems before full implementation.
- Lead change management activities including communication, training support, and end-user adoption efforts.
- Develop training materials and documentation for new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Respond to end-user questions and provide assistance during system and process transitions.
- Gather and communicate feedback from users to support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Collect and organize operational data to support project tracking and performance measurement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare status reports and metrics.
- Support the analysis of operational trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work with Service Delivery and other teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and support process and system optimization efforts.
- Support coordination with Schellman Product and Technology teams on matters affecting service delivery.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the analysis and resolution of project-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in service delivery, operations, or business process-related functions.
- Preferred: Experience with business system support, process documentation, or participation in system implementation or process improvement initiatives.
