Job Description
Role Description
This is a remote position that requires active availability during the following times:
- Monday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 9pm
- Tuesday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 9pm
Total paid hours: 10 hours bi-weekly
Average workload: 5 - 8 hours bi-weekly
You’ll be asked to remain available and online during the scheduled time blocks. If there are no active shifts to manage or calls to respond to during a given time period, you’ll still clock in and be paid for your scheduled availability. This ensures reliable coverage for families while providing predictable pay for coordinators. There is also potential for additional hours during weekday afternoons and weekends when extra coverage is needed. The ideal candidate will have flexibility in the afternoons and weekends to pick up coordinator shifts when needed.
As an After Hours Coordinator, you’ll ensure caregivers and families are supported with empathy, professionalism, and timely communication. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that’s perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured yet flexible environment, and values meaningful, family-centered work.
