This role supports the strategic design, execution, and performance management of initiatives related to Quality Improvement and the CMS Star Rating measurement system for Medicare Advantage plans. The Project Manager coordinates efforts across multiple functional workgroups impacting Star ratings, leveraging project management skills across various interventions and campaigns.

This role oversees specific operational workflows and vendor relationships within eligibility and enrollment to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing in compliance with CMS regulations. The manager leads a team of specialists, drives continuous improvement through data analysis, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance operational excellence and the member onboarding experience.

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, implementation, and ongoing management of supplemental benefit vendors, splitting time between project management for new implementations and day-to-day vendor oversight ensuring compliance and quality. The manager acts as a key liaison, owning timelines, issue resolution, reporting, and escalation management across multiple supplemental programs.

The Integrated Care Manager will conduct health risk assessments, coordinate care, and manage care for MAPD, C-SNP, and D-SNP members, following patients through transitions of care to address treatment gaps. This role involves developing individualized care plans, serving as a member advocate, and collaborating with providers to ensure compliance and adherence to medical plans.

The AI Engineer will be responsible for building AI-enabled applications and developing workflows leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services, focusing on practical implementation rather than research. This includes integrating these AI services with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Genesys using APIs and tools such as Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
