Worldwide Clinical Trials

The Director will serve as the primary contact for all projects within the assigned EPMO portfolio, monitoring progress and ensuring the successful delivery of intended value and outcomes. This role also involves coaching Project Leaders on best practices, championing AI integration, and potentially supervising direct reports.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities, directing the technical, financial, and operational aspects to ensure successful completion. This role involves working with functional area leads to identify issues, interpret complex data, make sound business decisions, and ensure all project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations.

The role involves engaging in training on psychiatric clinical trial assessments, conducting remote psychiatric patient interviews for clinical trials, and preparing scoring rationale for interviews before data entry.
