The role owns the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quantitative revenue and technoeconomic optimization models for battery energy storage, solar, and hybrid assets across major U.S. power markets. This involves delivering scenario analyses and revenue forecasts to support commercial decision-making for asset monetization activities like M&A and origination.

The Director of M&A will develop and implement the M&A strategy, proactively identifying and assessing potential assets and partnerships to enhance the project portfolio. Key duties include leading all aspects of the transaction process, from due diligence and financial analysis to structuring, negotiation, and execution of deals.

The Director will lead financial modeling efforts to support project financing, pricing decisions, and portfolio management, while also managing project underwriting criteria and collaborating across teams for consistency.
