The coordinator is responsible for processing and submitting all finance and insurance cancellation paperwork to vendors or manufacturers accurately and timely, while managing assigned cancellation queues. Daily tasks include calculating refund amounts, communicating issues to stores, and meeting service level agreements.

The representative will communicate AutoNation’s multi-brand wholesale parts offers to outside service and fleet clients while actively seeking new accounts and fostering relationships with existing wholesale accounts. Key duties include increasing OEM and Aftermarket parts sales to independent repair businesses, making sales calls, and promoting the AutoNation branded parts business.
