This role involves interacting with patients, representatives, and pharmacies to enhance the member's healthcare experience.

The role involves receiving and responding to prescription refill requests via various channels, verifying their accuracy, and efficiently preparing and dispensing refills according to protocols. Responsibilities also include tracking key performance indicators, adhering to quality metrics, and providing administrative support to clinical staff.
