The Clinical Specialist maximizes and supports the use of the Organ Care System (OCS) for organ retrieval, preservation, transport, and assessment before, during, and after transplantation, requiring rigorous hands-on training and certification across all organ platforms. Team members must assume on-call 24/7 responsibility for 15 days a month, including travel to clinical sites within and outside their home regions to perform OCS support.
