The Financial Aid Support Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all state aid financial aid functions in compliance with all applicable regulations, administering state aid programs, and providing high-level customer service to served institutions.

The primary duty of the Adjunct Faculty is the instruction of assigned classes, which involves conducting classes using appropriate instructional practices and maintaining records of attendance. Responsibilities also include evaluating student performance, communicating progress, assigning grades, and completing mandatory training as needed.

The Education Technology Manager serves as the strategic technology lead for the SAILS Program, overseeing the administration, architecture, and stability of all learning technologies, including LMS administration and third-party integrations. This role involves managing field operations support, developing internal documentation, leading technology strategy, and overseeing hardware procurement.

The Senior Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the system’s data efforts, leading the design and execution of large-scale data modernization efforts, establishing data standards, and overseeing systemwide data collection and reporting. This role manages complex projects, coordinates internal teams and external partners, and serves as a key advisor on data strategy to system leaders and college partners.
