The Area Manager of Operations will lead and support a group of 8-12 Endodontic, Periodontic, and Oral Surgery practices, overseeing day-to-day operations with P&L responsibility and 4-wall accountability. Responsibilities include improving processes and profitability, implementing growth initiatives, and building strong relationships with doctors and practice teams.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of clinical systems, web-based applications, and supporting Microsoft platforms, ensuring they are standardized, secure, and scalable service products. Key duties include owning clinical systems like EMR/PMS and Imaging, managing web applications/SaaS, integrating Microsoft platforms, and focusing heavily on automation, documentation, security, and compliance.
