This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end process for calculating, validating, and communicating sales commission payouts for both Company and Crayon sales teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness per company policies. Additionally, the analyst must proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue efficiency across NORAM by analyzing operational spend and process inefficiencies.
