This role involves leading the development and execution of Medical Affairs aligned Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) data generation for hematologic oncology assets across prelaunch and postlaunch phases. The Associate Director will also oversee the design and interpretation of health economic analyses to contextualize clinical benefit and support scientific communication.
