This role is primarily responsible for executing real estate strategies in an assigned region, involving identifying, negotiating, and executing leases for new stores, relocations, and expansions using data-driven analysis. The manager will also provide leadership, mentor team members, and play a significant role in developing market entry strategies for new store concepts.

This role drives sales and profit growth by leading a team to prioritize the customer experience across stores and digital channels, ensuring effective execution of company plans and achieving financial objectives. The Director manages all assigned activities for a region of approximately 10 districts, maintaining strong business literacy and partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Operations Business Partners.
