Lead end-to-end product features: research, design, implement, test, and ship. Set engineering architecture and standards, mentor engineers, work directly with customers, design scalable Python/FastAPI/GCP backends, and build responsive React/TypeScript UIs. Drive AI-native development using Claude Code and ship fast in a high-urgency environment.
