The Senior Benefit Analyst will oversee and manage the administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and wellness plans, serving in an informal leadership capacity. This role is responsible for the design, development, deployment, day-to-day administration, and employee experience across health and welfare programs, while monitoring and auditing programs for compliance and effectiveness.
