The analyst will meet with onboarding clients to assess data migration strategy and requirements, analyze source systems, and create detailed data maps into the target data model. They will collaborate with engineers to execute migration strategies, functionally QA the loaded data, and build best practices documentation.

The primary duties involve triaging and resolving Tier 1 support tickets in Zendesk, handling tasks like password resets, basic configuration, and providing how-to guidance to clients. This includes proactively managing the ticket queue, communicating with clients to gather information, testing issues, and escalating complex requests to the appropriate internal teams.
