The Scrum Master will serve as the facilitator for the VA LGY Analytics Team, supporting initiatives related to dashboards, executive reporting, and data insights by leading all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring business priorities are reflected in team commitments. This role involves acting as a liaison between the analytics team, business users, and leadership, supporting Product Owners in defining user stories, and ensuring transparency of progress and risks.
