The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, journal entries, and managing core financial reporting, while also handling comprehensive grant management and compliance.

The primary responsibility involves assisting with the administrative elements of equipping students with essential skills and knowledge for their chosen career path while delivering asynchronous training. This includes tracking student progress, managing enrollment and attendance, supporting grading, and providing direct support to an assigned caseload.

The main objective is to support and guide justice-involved clients through processes related to release and adaptation to civilian life, starting from coding class enrollment up to one year post-release. Responsibilities include developing positive relationships, assessing needs, facilitating appropriate responses, and monitoring case progress.
