The Patient Accounts Associate is responsible for the billing, payment posting, or collection of accounts receivable for professional and/or hospital claims within the Revenue Cycle. This position requires a basic understanding of the Revenue Cycle and securing appropriate financial resources for patients to maximize reimbursement.

The RN Virtual Acute Care provides digital care across OSF, involving comprehensive symptom assessment, patient education, preventative care, and acute psychosocial support using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice.
