This role is responsible for designing and running programs that connect employees to the company culture, aiding their growth, and creating engagement moments across the organization. Key ownership areas include managing the onboarding experience, engagement surveys, culture programming, learning and development initiatives, and internal communications.

The manager will lead the implementation and optimization of the HRIS (ADP) and establish strong governance and audit-ready processes.

The Senior Paralegal will also manage the company's intellectual property portfolio and administer legal technology systems to enhance efficiency.
