The Senior HR Technology Analyst will serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, focusing on system optimization, compliance, and enhancing the user experience for candidates, recruiters, and leaders. Key duties involve configuring, testing, and deploying Workday solutions across all TA business processes, from candidate engagement through hire, while partnering with various teams for continuous improvement.

The role involves assisting in the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of business solutions using Business Intelligence tools, databases, and systems. The developer will analyze tasks, develop solutions to meet needs, and provide technical direction on large corporate projects.

This position is responsible for performing medically prescribed MRI procedures of designated anatomical areas under the direction of the radiologist and supervisor.
