Manage a mid-market and enterprise account portfolio to drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, and growth. Act as trusted advisor, identify churn risks and upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain account data in Salesforce/Gainsight, and deliver proactive customer engagement to maximize lifetime value.
