The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for activating new business from strategic partner accounts across consulting, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors while consistently growing relationships and revenue. Key duties include gaining a deep understanding of the channel partnership process, mapping prospects using the tech stack, executing discovery calls, delivering demos, and guiding partners through the sales and operations process.

The role involves providing accurate, compliant, and practical HR guidance to customers and internal teams across multiple countries under the Employer of Record (EOR) model, covering the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to termination. This requires interpreting local labor laws and managing advisory cases end-to-end while ensuring alignment with internal risk frameworks.
