Daily tasks include maintaining cloud deployments, administering Office 365, handling AWS/Azure infrastructure, managing endpoints, and participating in an on-call rotation.

The role involves providing Tier 1 IT support to customers via the Service Desk, handling inquiries related to network, security, applications, and corporate systems. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, tickets, and emails, resolving technical issues using a playbook, and supporting the enterprise production support process.
