The Implementation Specialist carries out specific technical and operational tasks to ensure the MasterMind TMS system is properly configured, tested, and ready for client use. This involves executing hands-on configuration within the platform, performing initial data migration activities, and assisting in the validation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases.

The specialist will deliver strategic, high-impact training programs to drive successful client adoption of MasterMind and Mastery Implementation solutions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and supporting change management initiatives. This involves designing and facilitating tailored training suites, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on client workflows and software functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies with business priorities.

The Engagement Specialist acts as the primary client contact, managing post-onboarding relationships to ensure long-term success, satisfaction, and retention by identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing needs. This role involves bridging client goals with service offerings through strategic partnership, high-level communication, and delivering measurable value across the customer lifecycle.
