The Clinical Associate is responsible for providing education to patients regarding disease states and product information to ensure they understand their clinical profile and treatment journey in a compassionate, ethical, and compliant manner. This involves leading education efforts, utilizing motivational interviewing, and acting as the first point of contact for prospective patients.

This role is responsible for providing back-office support to internal and external client teams, focusing on maintaining service levels and improving efficiencies in internal and external applications. Key duties include monitoring sales performance data, processing purchase orders accurately, communicating with customers, and managing item setup and price changes.
