Marine Credit Union

The officer will provide information on credit union mortgage products, analyze member financial data to support loan decisioning, and process required documentation for mortgage loan products. Duties also include interviewing applicants, recommending loan structures, managing the closing process, and promoting credit union services.

This role involves making outbound calls to members to solicit consumer loan applications, interviewing applicants, and assisting them with the application process over the phone or electronically. The officer must collate, analyze, and evaluate financial documentation to recommend loan approvals, denials, or counteroffers based on established parameters and regulations.

This role supports Consumer Loan Officers by processing, auditing, and funding new loans while strictly upholding credit union lending policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities also include providing guidance and training to Loan Officers as needed and maintaining required reporting.
