The role involves meeting with students in short weekly sessions, primarily during the morning hours (7 AM - 12 PM ET, Monday-Friday), and requires assessing students, curating tailored lesson plans, and tracking progress for parent communication. Additionally, the specialist must attend a weekly work meeting on Mondays at 4 PM Eastern Time.
