The agent will serve as the primary contact for members, answering calls to provide accurate assistance, resolve issues related to accounts, and guide them toward appropriate financial solutions. Responsibilities include handling various customer service tasks and actively promoting credit union products using the AAA sales model.

Provide administrative support and assist with underwriting commercial real estate loans: perform financial and credit reviews, analyze repayment ability and leases, review appraisals and insurance documentation, conduct property inspections, and complete other duties as directed.
