This role is pivotal in supporting the conduct and patient recruitment of global clinical trials at investigative sites by maximizing site performance and engagement, leveraging clinical operational and therapeutic expertise. The Clinical Trial Liaison acts as an ambassador for the sponsor, driving enrollment at the Principal Investigator level and maintaining long-term operational partnerships with key sites.

The Director develops and leads global regulatory strategies for the device component of drug-device combination products, ensuring compliance with combination product frameworks like 21 CFR Part 4 and EU MDR. This role involves leading regulatory submissions, serving as the primary device regulatory expert for global health authority interactions, and collaborating across technical, quality, and clinical teams.

This role serves as a field-based scientific and strategic expert supporting managed care, Medicaid, and specialty pharmacy stakeholders regarding the access and utilization of YUTREPIA. Key duties include leading Medicaid medical presentations, managing payer engagements, developing specialty pharmacy training, and informing the development of HEOR and RWE capabilities.

The Associate Director, Clinical Quality provides strategic and operational GCP quality oversight for assigned clinical programs, ensuring continuous inspection readiness, subject safety, and data integrity throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. This role involves leading complex audits, supporting health authority inspections, managing investigations into quality issues, and fostering a strong culture of quality and accountability.

The Director, Clinical Operations will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, initially focusing on the Yutrepia program, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. This role involves leading strategy, managing a clinical operations team, overseeing CROs and vendors, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

The Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and clinical trial agreements, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with operational and strategic goals. This role also involves providing legal guidance on risk mitigation, maintaining contract templates, and supporting contract lifecycle management processes.

This role serves as the scientific and clinical lead for cardiorespiratory development programs, guiding activities from Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials, including designing protocols and interpreting efficacy and safety data. The director will also contribute to the clinical development plan, regulatory strategy, and oversee medical monitoring during trials.
