The Vice President, Company Executive Director Accelerator (KEDA) will serve as the program lead responsible for founding Company’s first-ever Executive Director leadership program, designing and refining its core components into a cohesive, high-impact leadership development pipeline. This leader will translate the KEDA vision into concrete programming, curriculum, learning experiences, and operational structures to produce a robust pipeline of Executive Director-ready candidates.
