Lead revenue strategy and a tech-enabled revenue organization across Kasa's hotel and apart-hotel portfolio. Build and coach the revenue team, implement SOPs and RM systems, drive pricing, forecasting, budgeting, automation and cross-functional commercial alignment to improve forecast accuracy, revenue and profitability.
