The Development Director will partner with the Executive Director to advance organizational goals by overseeing annual giving, major gifts, foundation grants, corporate support, and special events, while setting the strategic direction for all fundraising and development communications activities. Key duties include collaborating on the annual fundraising plan, overseeing donor cultivation and stewardship, managing data, supervising staff, and ensuring 100% board participation in annual giving.
